How To Order

1. Email me at usana4vitality@gmail.com for you order

2. State your full name, phone number (cell phone preferred) and address (for delivery purposes)

3. List out your order (product name and quantity)

4. State method of payment (either through Maybank2u, or bank transfer to my Maybank account)

5. Make payment

6. Email me your transaction receipt

7. A reply will be sent to you through email or SMS that payment have been received

8. Delivery of order will be made in 2 or 3 working days

9. Email me when order have been received
